The Noguchi Museum Shop accepts returns on most home goods and furniture within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unassembled condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply to large-scale furniture pieces.

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

Carefully pack the item in its original museum-grade packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Long Island City warehouse.

Inspection and Refund

Once our curators inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
